Billing and Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Profile icon (top-right corner) → Plan → turn off Auto-Renew. You can also contact us via email, phone, or live chat. Your access stays active through the end of your current billing period.


Base Subscription

Renewal fees are refundable if requested within 72 hours of the charge. After 72 hours, all fees are non-refundable.

If you pre-paid for a subscription and cancel within 72 hours, you may request a refund — but the amount will be reduced by the equivalent of a 14-day trial fee for your plan.

To request a refund: cancel first, then contact support within the 72-hour window. Cancelling online does not automatically issue a refund.


Trial Fees

Trial fees are non-refundable. If you sign up for a paid trial, that charge will not be returned, regardless of when you cancel.


Data Packages

Real-time data packages are non-refundable.

OPRA $9.50/mo Real-time U.S. options data
CME $7.50/mo Real-time futures data

Both packages are billed on the same cycle as your subscription and prorated to match it. Annual subscribers are billed the full year upfront (e.g. OPRA = $114/year).


Add-Ons

Add-ons — including additional backtesting depth, extra scheduled scan slots, and Sidekick message packs — are non-refundable. For more information on add-ons, please click here.


All Sales Are Final

If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your card on file will be charged for the next billing period. All fees paid outside the 72-hour refund window are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
