The problem had been resolved, thanks for your patience! We have emailed all (3) customers whose alerts had been impacted.

We have identified and patched the root caused. We had to restart a couple services, so some customers might face temporary problems creating alerts or browsing list of their alerts. We are monitoring the situation now.

We've got a problem which can lead to some alerts not checking their conditions. We're working to resolve the problem asap.
