Networking problem causing charts and some other components being slow

The system is back to normal since 7:30am NY (and scanners since 09:24am NY), so we're closing the incident. We're going to keep on investigating and come up with fixes or improvements wherever necessary. Thanks for your patience!

We are still working to stabilize things. We have identified a few possible causes and now researching.

We had to disable the service of scanners in order to isolate a problem.
