Incident with the backtesting engine

The incident lasted from 10:39am EST to 11:12am EST.

We've had an incident with the backtesting engine, which has resulted in some backtests failing and some Trading Bots failing to check their conditions in a timely manner. Bots which were impacted have automatically emailed their owners about the problem. If a bot has missed a chance to process entry or exit, then it is going to fail on the next check (and notify the owner, again). Bots which have not notified their owners about any problems can be trusted.
