We have found a way for resolving that case, using a combination of efforts from the data vendor and from our side. We're applying the changes soon. Thanks for your patience!

Identified

The issue has been identified at the data vender side. We have implemented a temporary bandage solution. TrendSpider should behave as expected - but please report any strange behavior around Futures to the team via support ticket. The data vendor has committed to applying a final solution/patch shortly. We will update this as soon as we have more information.

Investigating

We continue to work with the data vendor to identify the root cause of this issue and resolve it. However, we do have a work around as mentioned previously for the time being: use the next contract. For example, if you are trying to use ES1! you may experience issues, but ES2! is working correctly. For this reason, we hypothesis that this problem is somehow related to contract rolling. Please continue to bear with us as we continue to work to resolve it. At this time, we do not have an ETA, but will provide one as soon as it becomes possible to estimate.

Identified

We have identified the scope of the issue on certain Index Futures products, such as ES, NQ, etc. The data feed is missing candles on the "current" contract since 09:20AM EST today. Please consider using next contract (ES2!) as a temporary workaround. We are working with the data providers to resolve the issue.

Investigating

We have received reports that some users are having issues loading Futures data on their charts. Upon investigation, we discovered that we are currently experiencing a partial outage with our primary US futures data feed. Some charts for some CME, NYMEX, CBOT, COMEX Futures symbols may be slow or unavailable. The engineering team is aware of this issue and is working with the Futures data providers towards a resolution. Additional information will be posted here as it becomes available.
