Scanners are slow

Our data vendor has resolved the issue on their end today around 1am NY. We've been monitoring the situation closely and we've seen no scanners degrading ever since. We're still working with them in order to make sure that things like that will not happen again. I'm sorry for trouble, and thanks for your patience.

We are still observing degraded performance for scanners every once in a while. While less than 10% scans are impacted, we are taking that seriously. We are working with our data vendor closely, in order to resolve that asap.
