We have implemented a short term patch that has restored stability to alerts. We are monitoring the situation and will implement a permanent patch after market close today. Thank you for your patience.

We have identified an issue with the TrendSpider Dynamic and Multi-Factor Alert system which may result in some alerts skipping condition checks. This issue relates to a database problem in our cloud-based system. As a result, it is possible that some alerts may skip a check here and there during the trading day. This may result in alerts missing a trigger or not triggering when they should trigger. We are aware of the issue, have identified the root cause of it, and have a patch ready to deploy - however the patch cannot be deployed during market hours as it may result in some aspects of the TrendSpider platform not being accessible. As a result, we have scheduled the patch for this evening after the US market trading session has ended. During this time, we advise caution and prudence for users - please check your alerts periodically to make sure they have not missed any trigger conditions.  We have also identified a monitoring method to prevent this type of issue from occurring again and have implemented it in the patch. We will close this incident once the patch has been applied.
