Charts stuck on loading

Today we have rolled up an update (with some new features which still have not been announced) and this update has introduced a problem which has led to a fact that some customers had their charts being stuck on the "loading" stage or blinking ("refreshing") once in a while.

We have identified a problem and patched it. It was the case from 07:46am NY to 09:59am NY.

We're sorry for the incident. We are now seeking to understand how this problem has made its way into our production environment and how we can prevent that from happening in the future.
