Polygon, one of our market data providers who support the functionality of certain features in TrendSpider, namely the Market Scanner, will be upgrading their production infrastructure on Sunday, September 20, 2020 @ 2:00 PM EST. While they do not expect there to be any downtime, you may experience degraded performance during this time. Polygon expects the maintenance to be completed by 6:00 PM EST.

Polygon data feeds are used to supply NYSE, NASDAQ and IEX data to the TrendSpider Market Scanner. Thus, during this maintenance window, you may experience degraded service in the TrendSpider Market Scanner. All other aspects of the platform should continue to function normally as the scanner is the only feature that utilizes the Polygon data feeds at this time.
