Email Delivery Incident

The Amazon incident had been resolved yesterday and we have not seen any signs of a problem ever since. Thanks for your patience!

Email delivery had been stable for a while now. We are still monitoring the situation closely.

AWS experienced a large scale service disruption that may have affected some of our email communications throughout the day today, including welcome messages, password resets, and alert notifications.  SMS and push notifications are working normally, but occasional email delivery issues may still occur until AWS fully resolves the incident.  We will post updates as we have them.
