There are several easy ways to cancel your account:
- RECOMMENDED. Online. To cancel future renewal, login to TrendSpider and click on your name on the top right corner of the screen. In the menu that appears, click on Account & Settings. Next, on the dialog window that opens, click on the Plan tab. Click on the Cancel Auto-Renewal link at the bottom to start the process of disabling future automatic renewals of your account. Be sure to complete the process and all steps. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the process is complete.
Other ways you can cancel:
- Telephone. Contact us via telephone at (833) 587-3637 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time) to request a cancelation.
- E-mail. Send an e-mail (from the same e-mail address that your TrendSpider account is registered under) to hello@trendspider.com to request a cancelation.
- Live Chat. Click “Chat” in the TrendSpider app when logged in with your account and speak with an agent to request a cancelation. BE SURE TO CLICK "TALK TO A HUMAN" WHEN YOU DO THIS.
