While working on establishing a connection to an exchange, one of our engineer has creating a networking problem. The whole platform has become not available from the Internet for 9 minutes and 30 seconds.
The problem is now resolved, and we're accepting a "no infrastructural changes during business hours" as a strict policy to avoid issues like that in future (yes, even if we're thinking that this little change is going to be 100% safe). We're very sorry for inconvenience.

We have restored the functionality. Some operations might still be slow, but that's improving quickly. We're monitoring the situation closely.
