Generating chart screenshots

We have fixed the problem, thanks for your patience!

This problem is only related to the case when you attempt to generate a snapshot of all charts using the "3x vertical" layout. We're working to fix it.

We have received reports that some users are currently unable to generate screenshots of their charts in TrendSpider. The engineering team is investigating this matter and will post updates here as appropriate.
