D/W/M charts not working for certain types of assets

The issue is now resolved, thanks for your patience!

We have switched to another data provider for Stocks and ETFs, for DWM charts only. This data provider requires market data agreements accepted in order to give you the data.

DWM charts for OTCs, Forex, Index and Futures are still not working.

One of our data providers is currently experiencing issues. Daily, Weekly and Monthly charts are not working for Stocks, ETFs, OTCs, Forex, Index and Futures. You can use "Session" time frame instead of Daily, as a temporary work-around.

We have reported the case and now considering switching to a fail-over data provider if the situation lasts.
